What happens when you delete?

• Deleted permanently: your name, phone number, preferences, notification history and personal account data. For drivers also: registration documents (e.g. licence and vehicle papers), vehicle details and profile photo.
• May be kept: trip records for as long as accounting and legal rules require, de-identified where possible.
• Deletion cannot be undone.

Riders can also delete from the app: Settings → Delete account.

1. Phone number

Choose your account type, then enter the number on your account and we will send it a verification code.

Can’t delete or can’t get the code? Email [email protected] with your account type (rider or driver) and phone number, and we will delete your account within 30 days. Privacy policy
